Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
  • Integrate React Native applications with PHP backend APIs (Laravel/CodeIgniter) and MySQL/MSSQL databases using Restful APIs.
  • Work closely with backend developers to define API requirements and implement integrations.
  • Implement secure authentication (JWT/OAuth) and role-based access within the app.
  • Ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend through RESTful APIs.
  • Optimize app performance, fix bugs, and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver user-friendly mobile solutions.
  • Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control (Git).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript.
  • Experience in API integration with PHP/MySQL backend systems.
  • Good knowledge of Figma and ability to transform UI/UX designs into working screens.
  • Familiarity with Redux / Context API for state management.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Axios/fetch.
  • Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter) to collaborate with backend team.
  • Exposure to React JS for web development.
  • Experience with TypeScript and reusable component libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS/Hostinger/DigitalOcean) and CI/CD pipelines.

Education

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
