REACT Native Developer

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and shipping apps for iOS and Android.
• Hands-on experience with push notifications (FCM, APNs).
• Ability to push and publish apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Proficiency in animations using Reanimated, Lottie, or React Native Animatable.
• Hands-on experience working on complex features like:
• Dynamic forms
• Push notifications
• Deep linking
• Media uploads
• Offline support
• Live Streaming
• Live Messaging feature
• Nested React Navigation (Drawer Navigation, Stack Navigation, Bottom Navigation)
• Video editing (crop, filter, trim, add text, etc.)
• Photo editing (add text, filters, stickers, etc.)
• Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, or Context API.
• Experience using Native Wind (Tailwind CSS in React Native) for styling
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive layouts.
• Experience with native modules, Xcode, and Android Studio.
• Proficient in using Git and version control workflows.
• Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and mobile testing.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

Key Functions / Roles & Responsibilities of this position:

• Integrate and manage push notifications using services like FCM and APNs.
• Collaborate with backend developers and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Integrate in-app ad monetization solutions (including video ads, banner ads, interstitials, native ads).
• Optimize application performance, handle debugging, and resolve bugs quickly.
• Publish and manage app releases on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Ensure app responsiveness and compatibility across various screen sizes and devices.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to app architecture.
• Build features involving video caching, image caching, and offline support.
• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using React Native.
• Leverage React Native to create cross-platform applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring consistent user experiences.
• Implement pixel-perfect UI designs and ensure a seamless user experience by working closely with UX/UI designers.
• Actively participate in agile development, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) effectively to manage source code and collaborate with team members.
• Engage in clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams, backend, management and DevOps.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering as part of our product development process.
• Collaborate with the entire team on feature requirements and prioritization.
• Help design and implement functional requirements and prepare technical documentation.
• Create modern user interactions, including Reels-style vertical scrolling and media-heavy components.

Qualifications & Qualities required:

• B-TECH or BE equivalent or any equivalent degree
• Expertise in React Native framework development

• Writing, reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
