Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Non-Voice Process Executive. The role involves handling backend operations, data entry, email/chat support, and other non-verbal communication tasks to ensure smooth business operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through email, chat, or ticketing systems — no voice calls required.
  • Perform data entry, data verification, and record management accurately.
  • Manage and update customer information in databases or CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Analyze and prepare reports based on customer interactions or business requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in BPO/KPO or back-office support is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM software or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (if required).
