The Biryani Master is responsible for preparing a variety of authentic non-vegetarian biryanis and related dishes. The role requires expertise in traditional cooking methods, maintaining consistent taste and quality, and ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare different types of biryanis (such as chicken, mutton, fish, prawn, etc.) with authentic taste and aroma.
- Manage the entire biryani-making process — marination, rice preparation, layering, dum cooking, and garnishing.
- Maintain the right balance of spices and ingredients according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented properly before serving.
- Supervise kitchen helpers and assist in maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Check the quality and freshness of meat, rice, and spices daily.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Assist in managing kitchen stock and report shortages to the chef or manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Biryani Master or Cook in a non-vegetarian restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and regional biryani styles (Hyderabadi, Dum, etc.).
- Ability to maintain consistent taste and presentation.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
