Job Title: Quality Engineer

Industry: Manufacturing

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems for manufacturing operations.
  • Establish company-wide quality standards to ensure product consistency and reliability.
  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform inspections, testing, and validation of materials and finished products.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare quality documentation, reports, and maintain records as per industry standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address defects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive productivity enhancements.
  • Requirements:Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality tools (5S, Kaizen, 7QC tools, etc.) and inspection techniques.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and manufacturing quality systems.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
