Role & responsibilities :
- Assist in day-to-day production activities.
- Operate and maintain machinery as per SOP.
- Inspect and assemble parts/components based on production schedules.
- Ensure quality and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Maintain discipline, 5S, and housekeeping in the work area.
- Support preventive maintenance and production documentation.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts (rotational),
- Strong learning attitude and team collaboration skills.
