Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage client leads through social media, real estate portals, and field visits.

Present our construction, architecture, and interior services to potential clients.

Understand client needs and suggest suitable villa packages or turnkey solutions.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and site visit schedules.

Coordinate with the design & project team for client updates and progress reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, meetings, and client visits.

Qualifications

BBA or MBA (Marketing / Sales specialization) – Mandatory

Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Architecture sector preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
