Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Payables Management: Monitor, process and reconcile vendor payments and office expenses.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Joining Formalities: onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
  • Petty Cash Management: Maintain and report petty cash transactions.
  • Office Administration: Oversee daily operations, facility management and office upkeep.
  • IT Support Coordination: Closely work with IT team for asset management and employee support
  • Flexible Work Hours & Travel: Be available to work 5 days a week, extend hours when required and work on Saturdays, if needed ( as and when required for any functions, events)
