About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Executive / Team Lead who can elevate brand storytelling beyond traditional marketing. This role is not just about producing content—it's about creating strategies that resonate, drive meaningful conversations, and build lasting trust in a healthcare brand.

At MrMed, content is about empathy, trust, and accessibility. You'll be responsible for shaping narratives that humanize healthcare, curating user-generated content (UGC), and leading a team to deliver impactful campaigns that connect deeply with patients, caregivers, and communities.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Storytelling

  • Develop insight-driven content strategies based on audience behavior and consumer trends.
  • Plan and execute brand storytelling initiatives that focus on trust, care, and accessibility.
  • Build campaigns around the question: "What do patients, caregivers, and communities want to see from a healthcare brand?"
  • Design social-first content plans (posts, reels, carousels, stories) that spark engagement and conversation.
  • Write and edit high-quality brand-driven content for blogs, newsletters, awareness campaigns, and thought leadership.

Community & UGC Integration

  • Curate and integrate UGC such as patient stories, testimonials, FAQs, and real-world experiences (while ensuring compliance).
  • Drive community-building initiatives that make audiences feel seen, heard, and valued.
  • Collaborate with influencers, advocates, and micro-communities aligned with authentic healthcare storytelling.
  • Expand organic advocacy by nurturing micro-influencers and healthcare voices.
  • Experiment with innovative content formats: videos, interactive content, and UGC campaigns.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Review and guide content produced by writers, freelancers, and agencies to maintain brand voice consistency.
  • Mentor and support writers, social media associates, and interns.
  • Partner with SEO, design, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Track trends, monitor analytics, and recommend improvements to strengthen engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, and social media strategy.
  • Proven expertise in building content strategies and campaigns grounded in consumer insights.
  • Strong knowledge of UGC, community content, and engagement-driven storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of what resonates with audiences in healthcare or wellness.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and brand communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva/Adobe Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience preferred (mandatory for Team Lead role).
