Shifts: 24*7 Rotational shifts

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled NetBackup & Cohesity Specialist. This role focuses on technologies such as NetBackup, Cohesity, Data Domain, and DPA, ensuring reliable service delivery, incident resolution, and client satisfaction in a 24x7 support environment.

Skills Required: Netbackup/Cohesity/Data Domain/ DPA

Secondary Skills: VMware, Linux, Windows, Networking Basics, SQL Basics, Exchange Basics, SAP Hana Basics

Nice to have Skills: Working with python, ansible.

Required Relevant Experience: Requires 4+ years of related experience with a Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Key Deliverables

  • Leads end-to-end service delivery to meet contract specs and customer needs.
  • Builds strong client relationships, manages escalations, and identifies growth opportunities.
  • Coordinates technical teams, tracks performance, and drives continuous improvement.

Critical Hiring Criteria

  • ITIL v3 Foundation preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of hardware/software subject matter.
  • Customer Service skill.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Participate in 24x7x365 shift coverage.
