GK Superspeciality Hospital is a 100-bedded multispeciality healthcare facility located in Narnaul, Haryana. We are dedicated to providing top-tier medical care, offering a wide range of specialized services to cater to the diverse needs of our community.

Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and is supported by a team of highly experienced doctors, specialists, and paramedics who work together to ensure the best possible care for our patients.

Currently, we are expanding our team and are looking for dynamic and dedicated candidates for the position of Front Desk and TPA Executives to strengthen our administrative and patient service team.

Position: Front Desk Executive, TPA Executive

Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, attendants, and visitors.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and admission/discharge formalities.
• Handle telephone calls, inquiries, and provide necessary information regarding hospital services.
• Maintain and update patient records, files, and billing details accurately.
• Assist in cashless procedure file management, particularly under PM-JAY and ECHS schemes.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient care and documentation flow.
• Ensure a professional, courteous, and supportive environment at the front desk.

Job Specifications

• Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of computers (MS Office, hospital management software, etc.).

• Ability to manage digital records and documentation efficiently.

• Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and visitors politely.

• Experience:

• Prior work experience in hospital front desk operations preferred.

• Candidates with experience in ECHS and PM-JAY cashless procedures & file management will be given preference.
