Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential students and professionals interested in AEC courses through various channels, including online inquiries, social media, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their inquiries, providing personalized guidance, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
- Closing Deals: Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments by effectively presenting the benefits of our courses, overcoming objections, and negotiating terms.
- Cold Calling & Follow-ups: Proactively contact leads generated through various marketing efforts, including WhatsApp, website inquiries, and social media campaigns.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, follow-ups, and closed deals, using CRM software (Zoho or HubSpot preferred).
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our course offerings, including curriculum, instructors, and career outcomes, to effectively communicate their value to potential students.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- Entry-Level: Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Mid-Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, EdTech, or B2C telesales.
- Senior-Level: 3+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Strong sales acumen, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho or HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Basic understanding of the AEC industry (Civil, Architecture, Interior, BIM, Building Estimation) is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:
