We at Zaan Infotech are looking for a talented Unreal Engine 3D Artist (Maya) to join our team.

Responsibilities


• Create and optimize 3D models in Maya for real-time workflows


• Import, set up, and optimize assets inside Unreal Engine 5


• Design and polish environments, lighting, and level layouts


• Create materials and shaders using Unreal's Material Editor


• Ensure assets are optimized for performance across platforms (PC, VR, AR, mobile)


• Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver high-quality interactive experiences

Requirements


• Strong hands-on experience with Maya (modeling, UVs, optimization, basic animations)


• Professional experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)


• Good understanding of level design, real-time rendering, and PBR workflows


• Knowledge of LODs, light baking, and performance optimization techniques


• Portfolio showcasing 3D work (modeling + Unreal projects)

Nice-to-have


• Animation and rigging knowledge in Maya


• Experience with MetaHumans or character setup in Unreal


• Basic knowledge of Blueprints

Location: Flexible (Bangalore-based preferred, remote possible)

Salary: As per Indian industry standards, based on experience
