Job Summary

SAR Logisolutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Executive - Accounts to manage and oversee key accounting functions for our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Accounts Receivable/Payable, financial reconciliations, tax compliance, and supporting monthly and yearly closures. Familiarity with logistics cost structures and reporting tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Manage billing processes including customer invoicing and credit notes

  • Perform bank and vendor reconciliations

  • Maintain and project cash flow and ensure timely collections

  • Understand job-level cost analysis and revenue recognition

  • Reconcile freight costs with agent invoicing

  • Ensure tax compliance as per respective country laws

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

  • Support MIS reporting and report circulation

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist in payroll and statutory filings

  • Experience with MS Office, Logisys, Cargowise, SAP is an added advantage

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics or international trade

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Knowledge of respective country's tax and accounting regulations

  • Basic communication skills for stakeholder coordination

  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

  • Proactive attitude towards learning and process optimization
