We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to help expand our reach and drive strong business growth.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, identifying sales opportunities, and working closely with our project and design teams to help close deals. You'll play a key role in promoting our services, understanding client needs, and helping translate them into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential new clients and leads in the construction/real-estate sector.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits to showcase our services and project portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities; regularly update CRM or tracking tools.
  • Analyse client requirements and work with internal teams (design, project management) to tailor solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations and contracts, following company guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Liaise with marketing team for lead generation efforts and feedback on market trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and local market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Construction Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate or related services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools / sales tracking systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
