Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate excavators efficiently and safely on construction sites
  • Perform earthmoving, trenching, and excavation work as per project requirements
  • Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance of the excavator
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure site compliance
  • Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to complete tasks as per schedule
  • Maintain accurate logs of working hours and machine usage

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as an excavator operator in construction projects (5–10 years)
  • Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
  • Strong focus on safety and site compliance
  • Physical fitness and stamina for long hours on site

Preferred:

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects
  • Valid operator license or certification for heavy machinery
  • Immediate joiners preferred
