Key Responsibilities:

• Operate JCB machinery efficiently and safely on construction sites
• Perform excavation, trenching, and earthmoving work as per project requirements
• Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance of the JCB
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure site compliance
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours and machine usage

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience as a JCB Operator in construction projects (5–10 years)
• Knowledge of machinery operation and minor maintenance
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Strong focus on safety and site compliance
• Physical fitness and stamina for long hours on site

Preferred:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or road infrastructure projects
• Valid operator license or certification for heavy machinery
• Immediate joiners preferred
