Designation - Construction Engineer

Job Summary

The Construction Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, quality, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for timely progress.
  • Track schedules, materials, labour, and site productivity.
  • Prepare progress reports and support project documentation.
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure proper resource planning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or real-estate projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and methods.
  • Familiar with project management tools and MS Office/AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle site activities and work under tight timelines.
