Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified
Civil Engineer
with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of railway-related civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution and supervision of civil works related to the railway project, including earthwork, track laying, culverts, bridges, and other infrastructure.
  • Interpret and work as per technical drawings and project specifications.
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site laborers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices.
  • Maintain documentation related to site work, daily progress reports, material usage, etc.
  • Attend review meetings and provide updates on site progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in railway or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of civil construction materials, project execution, and site supervision.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Preference will be given to local residents of Salem.

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
  • Opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure project.
  • Travel and other allowances as per company policy.
