We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Coordinator from Kerala who can efficiently handle coordination, data management, and administrative support remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
- Maintain and update client data, documents, and records.
- Manage client tracking and updates using Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams in Dubai to ensure timely task completion.
- Prepare and organize proposals, agreements, and reports.
- Assist in digital marketing coordination – managing posting schedules, social media updates, and content organization.
- Monitor ongoing tasks and report progress to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala.
