Initiating new projects to increase sourcing through HR.

Organize Recruitment Drives through Consultants, Job fairs, news paper Advertisement

Empanelment of Consultants.

Marketing Visibility and Advertisement

  • Payment for Resourcing

Job fair cost negotiation, CRS, Advertisement cost, Hiring cost and follow up with finance department for final payments.

Formalizing and updating MGM payment tracker and forwarding the payment details to payroll department.

Follow up with other sourcing agencies for bills due for payment.

  • Recruitment for Corporate Office

Sourcing the candidates for corporate level hiring and taking initial round of interview.

Upon selection, scheduling further round of interviews with the senior management.

Negotiating on salary offered and preparing the appointment letters.

New Joining Induction to the RHR and corporate team

  • Drive Recruitment through Regional Teams

Driving and monitoring RHR for sourcing requirements and new initiatives to achieve departmental goal of sourcing.

  • Reports

Preparing monthly and annual sourcing reports

Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual HRIC/FTR reports

Preparing consolidated web based sourcing reports

Preparing MGM consolidated report

Preparing MIS with hiring requirements collected and collated across the business

Preparing Consultancy MIS, weed out report

New joinee detailed MIS

Preparing Monthly payout data for recruitment vendors

  • Special Projects

As per Management requirements, Special projects are assigned twice or thrice in a Financial year.
