The role:
This is a fast-track career for top-tier B-school graduates who want to build at the intersection of strategy, technology, and revenue growth. As a Strategic Sales Associate, youll work with senior sales leaders, solution architects, and delivery teams to shape AI-led transformation programs for Fortune 1000 and high-growth clients. Youll learn consultative selling, build C-suite relationships, and lead complex pursuits that turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
What youll do?
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Cultivate relationships with CXOs and business leaders, positioning Enterprise AI as a core enabler of growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Solution Selling: Diagnose client needs and orchestrate AI-driven solutions (e.g., intelligent automation, advanced analytics, generative AI copilots, AI for CX/supply chain/finance) in partnership with technical teams.
- Deal Management: Own end-to-end sales motionsprospecting, qualification, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closurefor AI and broader tech services.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Contribute to Enterprise AI GTM plays (industry use-cases, value narratives, POVs, demos), and support campaigns, events, and executive briefings.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track industry trends, regulations (responsible AI), competitors, and ecosystem partnerships (cloud hyperscalers, SaaS, data platforms) to identify whitespace and pipeline opportunities.
- Value Articulation: Create compelling business cases and ROI models (e.g., cost-to-serve reduction, revenue uplift, cycle-time compression) that quantify AI impact.
- Account Strategy: Support multi-year account planning, stakeholder mapping, and pursuit governance for strategic logos.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Delivery, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure solution feasibility, risk management, and commercial success.

- Should be entrepreneurial, consultative, resilient, and relentlessly client-centric.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Internship/experience in consulting, enterprise sales, product strategy, or business analytics.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms, and digital transformation use-cases.
- Exposure to industries such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Retail, Technology or Telecom.
