Position: Manager-Monitoring and Evaluation
Organisation: A leading non profit
Experience: 3-5 years of exp in social/development sector
Qualification: Masters degree in Social Work/Other graduation courses
Location: Mumbai
Job Description
- Manage Program M&E includes but not limited
- Feed the Impact data to CEO for fundraising efforts and create impact ppts
- Attend seminar & conferences to update the internal team on sector related M&E discussions and trends
- Update yourself on regular manners through trainings and self learning
- Contribute to team members in their fundraising efforts and provide relevant support during key fundraising pitch
- Work with the communications team to create compelling narratives and impact stories that resonate with donors and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events as and when required
- Support the management in strategic planning and organizational development.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of working in the development/non-profit sector with at least 2 years of work experience in operations
- Good understanding of M&E, statistics, and community work
- Excellent eye for data, details, and factual narrative writing
- Good understanding of problem solving, documentation, and report writing skills
- Good understanding of working on tech tools such as excel, word, CRM, and data collection application
