Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly digital experiences that enhance how users interact with our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design thinking, user research skills, and the ability to convert complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Maintain and evolve our design systems and style guides.
  • Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Timely delivery of high-quality UI/UX design assets.
  • User satisfaction metrics (based on testing and feedback).
  • Improvement in product usability scores.
  • Adoption and consistency of design system across teams.
  • Number of design iterations based on data-driven decisions.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and design execution.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
