Position Overview:

The Resort Manager will oversee overall operations of the resort, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, smooth departmental coordination, and efficient management of staff and resources. This role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and the ability to maintain service standards while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, recreation, and guest services.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving escalated issues.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
  • Monitor resort budgets, expenses, and financial performance to meet profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service partners for smooth functioning of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene regulations, and hospitality standards.
  • Plan and execute events, promotions, and guest engagement activities.
  • Conduct property inspections to maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and visual appeal.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in hospitality or resort management.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, operations management, and hospitality standards.
