Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Food and Beverage (F&B) Service Associate at Evolve Back Resorts in Coorg. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service to guests while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction in dining settings. The F&B Service Associate will take orders, serve food and beverages, address guest requests promptly, maintain cleanliness in dining areas, and support the overall operational efficiency of the F&B department. Collaboration with team members and adherence to exceptional service standards are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Superior Customer Service and Communication Skills for handling guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Basic Analytical Skills, along with a keen eye for detail in maintaining service standards.
  • Foundational knowledge of Finance in relation to hospitality services, including basic billing and cash handling.
  • Problem-solving abilities, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality roles is an advantage.
  • Educational background in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
