The position will be on a fixed term contract basis, renewable every year based on the satisfactory performance of the candidate for upto three years and extendable for further period as decided by the Board of Directors. Role & responsibilities :

  • Operations management, facilities management, inventory control, vendor relationship management be a team player and also be an effective leader guiding other employees in achieving the goals of the Company
  • Actively take part in all strategic decision-making processes of TIDEL NEO LTD and be a leader in driving the companys growth
  • To undertake any other official responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director / Management from time to time.
  • Excellent business communication skills in English and Tamil
