Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated QA/CSV Specialist
with
0–2 years of experience
to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of software products through comprehensive testing and validation. The role involves executing test cases, identifying and resolving defects, maintaining documentation, and supporting computer system validation activities within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and document test cases, defects, and reports to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with development and project teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and validation documentation.
  • Participate in requirement reviews, test strategy, and validation planning.
  • Support onsite validation and project coordination activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation framework enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences
    , or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience
    in
    software testing, QA, or validation
    , preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
  • Strong knowledge of
    SQL
    and relational databases.
  • Excellent
    analytical, documentation, and communication
    skills.
  • Basic understanding or interest in
    Computer System Validation (CSV)
    principles.
  • ISTQB, CSTE
    , or CSV-related certification preferred; knowledge of
    VAPT
    is an added advantage.
