To strengthen our digital presence and drive business growth, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow online communities.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop effective marketing materials, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Handle email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.
  • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROI) for continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and Analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing & content creation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate sector experience is a plus).
  • Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.
