  • Implement and standardize accounting systems across group companies
  • Support business restructuring, M&A, and strategic initiatives
  • Manage tax assessments, proceedings, and minimize fund blockages
  • Lead and mentor the finance team

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in corporate finance, taxation, and audit
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, compliance & reporting
  • Experience in hospital or healthcare sector preferred
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
