Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group swimming lessons for guests of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of learners (beginners, intermediate, advanced).
  • Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents.
  • Enforce pool rules, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Provide first aid or emergency assistance when required.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable manner with guests.
  • Assist in organizing aquatic events, competitions, or fitness programs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of pool facilities and training equipment.
  • Keep accurate records of class attendance and guest progress.
  • Promote hotel wellness and recreation services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certification in Swimming Coaching / Lifeguard / CPR and First Aid (mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a swimming coach, instructor, or lifeguard.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and ability to motivate learners.
  • Knowledge of water safety rules and emergency response procedures.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor or outdoor hotel swimming pool.
  • Guest-facing role requiring professional grooming and courteous behavior.
  • Part of the recreation/wellness team in the hotel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹27,370.92 per month
