**Job Title: Ball Badminton / Swimming / Chess Trainers**

**Experience Level**: Intermediate / Expert (as required)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured and engaging coaching sessions.
- Develop lesson plans and training strategies based on student abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and sportsmanship during all activities.
- Organize practice matches, inter-school events, or competitions.
- Motivate students and build their confidence and skills.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safe usage (especially for swimming).

**Specific Duties by Discipline:Ball Badminton Trainer**:

- Teach basic to advanced strokes, footwork, and match strategies.
- Organize team formations and practice matches.

**Swimming Coach**:

- Teach various swimming strokes and breathing techniques.
- Ensure pool safety, proper warm-up, and cool-down routines.
- Monitor swimmers closely to prevent accidents.

**Chess Coach**:

- Teach openings, tactics, endgames, and strategic thinking.
- Analyze student games and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for tournaments and timed matches.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience or certification in the relevant discipline.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- [Swimming only] Lifeguard certification or basic water safety training preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- State/National level experience is a plus.
- Coaching certifications from recognized bodies.
- Experience working with children and school-age students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
