Job Overview

We are seeking a Fresher for the role of Social Media Marketing based in Noida. This remote position welcomes candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience to contribute to our exceptional marketing team. The role is designed for individuals keen to enhance their skills in social media strategies, with the flexibility of remote employment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in lead generation to drive brand awareness and attract student interest (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in social media marketing to enhance brand presence and engagement (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability as a campus influencer, connecting with the student community to promote initiatives (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience serving as a campus ambassador, representing the company and its values to potential partners.
  • Innate ability to function as a campus growth partner, expanding the company's reach and influence on school grounds.
  • Strong written communication skills, crafting engaging content tailored to multiple social media platforms.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.
  • Capacity to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create comprehensive campaigns that align with the company's educational mission.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and fostering positive interaction to build brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Create compelling content, including multimedia formats, to engage our target audience and promote brand initiatives.
  • Manage and grow the company's online presence through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Participate in feedback sessions with partnered educational institutions to refine marketing strategies.
