Job Overview

We are seeking a Fresher for the role of Social Media Marketing based in Noida. This remote position welcomes candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience to contribute to our exceptional marketing team. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in lead generation to drive brand awareness and attract student interest (Mandatory skill).

  • Proven ability as a campus influencer, connecting with the student community to promote initiatives (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience serving as a campus ambassador, representing the company and its values to potential partners.
  • Innate ability to function as a campus growth partner, expanding the company's reach and influence on school grounds.
  • Strong written communication skills, crafting engaging content tailored to multiple social media platforms.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.
  • Capacity to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create comprehensive campaigns that align with the company's educational mission.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and fostering positive interaction to build brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Create compelling content, including multimedia formats, to engage our target audience and promote brand initiatives.
  • Manage and grow the company's online presence through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Participate in feedback sessions with partnered educational institutions to refine marketing strategies.
