1. Candidate will be based at Mumbai and responsible for handling PMT / marketing function of Acute segment Products.

2. Candidate will need to prepare communication for the assigned brands.

3. Candidate will be responsible for preparing marketing presentation, communication & theme for strategy meet.

4. Candidate should build rappo with Team through consistent communication; Follow up with the field force for smooth execution of camps, Campaigns & share execution summary reports with the team.

5. Candidate need to follow-up with procurement team for relevant inputs required to execute marketing strategies & ensure dispatch of the same as per the plan to Field force.

6. Candidate should motivate field force during camp & campaign days for better execution

7. Candidate should do few days of field work to identify gap areas & ways to improvise execution.

8. Candidate is responsible for co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.

9. He / She should be responsible for promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B. Pharma or B. Sc and MBA in marketing, yrs. in Pharma Sales & Marketing out of 3 -4 yrs. as a Senior Product Manager/ Group Product Manager handling Acute segment .

2. He/she should be creative, innovative & effective in man management.

3. He/ She should have good knowledge of Acute segment.

4. He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.

5. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
