Order Management

Understand supply chain activities and provide support on activities like Sales Order Entry in SAP, Coordinate with site /warehouse /customer/CHA to timely ship the material via road, air or sea, pre-shipment and post shipment documentation, custom clearance for export and import shipment. Coordinate with bank on timely export documents lodgement to ensure 100% compliance on RBI/FEMA requirements.

B Com + Diploma in Import Export / Diploma in Supply Chain preferred

Accounts Payables

Responsible for vendor invoice processing in SAP, 3 way matching, vendors query resolution, vendor and bank reconciliations, Provide support to make the timely payments to vendor, TDS and GST reconciliation related activities, provide support for monthly, quarterly MIS.

At least 70% in academics

Good in MS Office, English

Accounts Receivables

Processing of cash applications, Reconciling accounts receivable ledger accounts, Communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments or discrepancies, Assisting in the preparation of reports related to accounts receivable, Maintaining accurate records of transactions and updating customer accounts, Collaborating with other departments to resolve billing issues. Learning and using accounting software and other tools for accounts receivable management, Assisting in the development and implementation of procedures to improve the accounts receivable processes, Providing support during audits and financial reviews.

B Com / BMS / BAF Mandatory
