Odoo Developer

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Odoo Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience. You will be involved in the development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions to meet client requirements. This role demands a mix of technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop new Odoo modules and customize existing ones based on functional requirements.

Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business processes into technical solutions.

Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs.

Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting of Odoo applications.

Maintain technical documentation for modules and custom features.

Participate in deployment and provide post-implementation support.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Odoo.

Requirements :

Technical Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.

Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of the Odoo framework (ORM, views, models, workflows).

Experience in Odoo version upgrades and performance optimization is a plus

Familiarity with Linux environments and Git version control.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

A keen interest in learning new tools and technologies.
