Position: PCB Design Engineer - High Power Power Supply

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PCB Design Engineer to join our DCS 3 Phase team. This role involves designing high-power, high-reliability PCBs for industrial control systems, specifically for applications involving three-phase power. You will play a key role in developing robust PCB designs for various industrial automation systems and ensuring stable communication with the Distributed Control System (DCS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and layout Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for industrial automation systems.
  • Focus on robust designs for motor control systems, power distribution panels, and industrial automation controllers.
  • Develop PCBs for energy monitoring systems and emergency shutdown systems (ESD) operating with three-phase power.
  • Ensure the PCBs handle high currents, voltages, and safety-critical systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements, ensuring high-performance and reliability.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in PCB design, especially for high power and industrial automation systems.
  • Familiarity with DCS and three-phase power systems.
  • Knowledge of power electronics and PCB design tools.
  • Ability to design for high-reliability, high-current, and high-voltage applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in designing PCBs for motor control systems and power supply applications.
  • Expertise in PCB testing and prototyping.
