Location: Chennai (On-field role, not remote)

Job Overview:

As the Sourcing Manager (Real Estate), you will spearhead the sourcing and acquisition of prime real estate properties for our company's growth and operational needs. Your expertise will guide strategic decisions, ensuring we secure properties that align with our organizational goals and provide optimal value.

Responsibilities1. Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities2. Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners and brokers3. Conduct detailed market research to inform acquisition strategies4. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers & Owners5. Coordinate with legal team and oversee the due diligence process6. Prepare and Track the reports on property acquisitions and market trends7. Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations8. Collaborate with internal teams to align property acquisitions with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing or acquisition
  • Proven track record of successful real estate negotiations
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and financial evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate software tools
