Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced
Fund Manager – Fixed Income
to lead our fixed income strategies and portfolios. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape the fixed income platform at one of India's fastest-growing wealth-tech firms, and to create meaningful impact for investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead fixed income strategies across various mandates
  • Design and manage portfolios balancing returns, risk, and liquidity
  • Analyze markets and macro trends – from RBI policies to global shifts – and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Select securities across government bonds, corporate debt, money markets, and structured products
  • Engage with stakeholders – investment committees, rating agencies, issuers, and clients
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of proven experience in fixed income fund management at AMC, PMS, AIF, or wealth firms
  • Strong expertise in macro research, credit evaluation, and duration strategies
  • Track record of delivering consistent alpha across market cycles
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and first-principles mindset
  • Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders

Preferred Background

  • MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience managing meaningful AUM in fixed income products
