Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Science Analyst with strong expertise in
Media Analytics
and a proven track record in driving marketing measurement and optimization. The role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and driving data-backed recommendations to optimize media investments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with a strong focus on
    media measurement
    ,
    marketing effectiveness
    , and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise in advanced statistical modeling, attribution, and experimental design.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in Media Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of media analytics solutions to evaluate channel and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze large-scale marketing, consumer, and business performance datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Partner with business, marketing, and analytics teams to define measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • Translate advanced statistical analyses into clear, business-focused insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in media analytics, measurement methodologies, and tools.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in media analytics and advanced measurement techniques.
