Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Operations Staff member, based in the Dhanbad-Ranchi area. The Field Operations Staff will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, supervising and guiding field teams, ensuring smooth functioning of operations, conducting regular on-ground assessments, and problem-solving to address operational challenges efficiently. The role will also include maintaining communication with teams, drivers, and customers to ensure seamless coordination and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage field activities effectively.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with team members, drivers, and customers.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of transportation or delivery operations; prior experience in logistics or similar role is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in regional languages in addition to basic English skills for communication will be advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
