Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Sourcing Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage top IT talent for our organization. The role requires strong sourcing strategies, market mapping, and networking to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT roles, including software development, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand IT role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and engage IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future IT hiring needs.
  • Use Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification discussions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters on candidate shortlists and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline strength, response rates, time-to-source).
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging skills, and competitive hiring landscape.
  • Promote employer brand through professional networking and online presence.
