We're looking for a
Technical Project Manager
who can bring structure, focus, and urgency to our growing team. The right person will be disciplined about execution, clear in communication, and deeply focused on delivering outcomes that matter to customers — not just shipping features.

What You'll Do

  • Lead projects across engineering, product, and operations from planning through delivery.
  • Implement practical Agile practices that keep us moving quickly without unnecessary overhead.
  • Make sure every release is tied to
    real customer value
    , not just "tickets completed."
  • Work closely with product and engineering to ensure discovery and delivery happen in parallel.
  • Flag risks early, resolve blockers quickly, and keep the team focused on priorities.
  • Build simple, effective processes that help the team scale without slowing down.
  • Communicate progress clearly to leadership — direct, transparent, and on point.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years managing technical projects in startups or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time that made a clear customer impact.
  • Solid grasp of Agile and lean delivery — and experience applying them in real teams.
  • Technical depth: you can talk clean architecture, APIs, backend/frontend, even if you don't code daily.
  • Strong communication skills: concise, candid, and action-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize what matters most and focus the team on outcomes.
