We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Process Center of Excellence (COE) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) COE workstreams within our SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of structured project management discipline and consulting-style stakeholder engagement, with prior experience driving process and change initiatives within large-scale ERP programs.

Qualifications

  • 6 10 years of professional relevant experience, including 5+ years in project management roles within consulting or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Previous consulting experience is required; experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting process design and/or organizational change management workstreams in ERP or business transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within SAP S/4HANA programs is a strong plus.
  • PMO background or familiarity with portfolio/program management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project activities for the Process COE and OCM COE workstreams within the S/4 program.
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and dependencies with the Program PMO and functional workstream leads.
  • Oversee process documentation, governance reviews, and readiness milestones for process standardization.
  • Support OCM COE efforts including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communication, and training planning.
  • Monitor and report progress using standard PMO tools and dashboards; ensure risks and issues are tracked and mitigated.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering updates, and cross-functional meetings to drive alignment between business, IT, and change teams.
  • Partner closely with Business Process Owners, OCM Leads, and PMO leadership to ensure cohesive execution across all transformation streams.
  • Contribute to project governance, change control, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
