Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with 7+ years of expertise to join our team as an R&D and Innovation Lead (Salesforce COE).
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce COE (Center of Excellence), Presales, and Engineering Excellence and will be passionate about driving innovation in the Salesforce space.
- This role focuses on R&D, building futuristic demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and reusable assets to drive business growth and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Research & Development
o Build and conceptualize cutting-edge Salesforce multi-cloud solutions leveraging Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Tableau Next o Develop futuristic demos, POCs, and accelerators for various Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and aligned with business needs.
- Innovation & Assets Creation
o Ideate and develop industry-specific reusable assets and frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple clients.
o Stay ahead of the Salesforce roadmap to create innovative solutions using upcoming features and tools.
- Client Engagement & Presales Support
o Collaborate with sales teams to capture client requirements and translate them into compelling demos and POCs.
o Run engaging demos for clients, showcasing the value of Salesforce solutions and driving client confidence.
o Support RFP/RFI responses with technical solutioning and innovative approaches.
- Collaboration with Engineering Teams
o Work closely with the engineering team to design and build robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
o Provide hands-on guidance and leadership to the engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Thought Leadership
o Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) with a focus on multi-cloud solutions, Einstein capabilities, and Data Cloud & Agentforce applications.
o Represent the organization in Salesforce forums and thought leadership events.
- Center of Excellence (COE)
o Establish best practices, governance models, and frameworks to drive engineering excellence across Salesforce projects.
o Define and maintain reusable playbooks for solution development and delivery.
Must have Certifications:
- Data Cloud Consultant
- Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
