  • Inspect & Test Products: Conduct regular inspections, tests, and measurements on raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Monitor Production: Oversee various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to established quality control procedures and safety regulations.
  • Use Measuring Instruments: Operate and maintain electronic inspection equipment, gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
  • Document Findings: Create comprehensive reports, maintain records of inspection results, and input data into quality databases.
  • Identify Root Causes: Determine the causes of product defects and recommend corrective actions or adjustments to the production process.
  • Train & Educate: Educate the production team on quality control issues, procedures, and the importance of meeting standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that products and processes comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
  • Improve Processes: Propose improvements to the production process to reduce defects and enhance overall product excellence.
