Role Description: This role is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and self-starter individuals to join a high caliber team in shaping and scaling the financial operations business. This is an opportunity to work with well-known US financial advisor and leading portfolio managers.

Role and responsibilities:-

  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for preparing client reports based on defined frequency (monthly, quarterly etc.) by sourcing the reporting information from various applications and/ or teams to distribute accurate client reports within prescribed deadlines.
  • Accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g., performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) as well as support mechanism for achievement including SMART goal setting
  • Identify and implement corrective action plans across teams while analyzing and assessing business risk
  • Serve as primary point of escalation for internal/external staff queries, and develop/manage process, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Build strong client relationships through good understanding of business needs and opportunity areas.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation
  • Design and track process KPIs basis end business objectives and ensure seamless reporting to senior management

Qualifications & Experience:-

  • 10-15 years of operational experience in financial services Industry.
  • Hands on experience in Public/ Private Equity, Capital Markets, performance reporting is a must.
  • Understanding of end-to-end client reporting ecosystem in OCIO business is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Wealth management ecosystem. Previous supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, transition and project management skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to shift seamlessly between multiple projects.
