Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Mysore, Karnataka

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Computer Science, proven sales expertise, and exceptional communication skills to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through trust and effective communication.
  • Present and pitch products/services with confidence and convincing ability.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing ability and a high level of confidence.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
