Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Export Sales – Sr. Executive / Sr. Manager to expand our international business for fencing and steel products. The ideal candidate will handle overseas clients, explore new markets, and ensure smooth execution of export orders while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and direct clients.

Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify new customers, trends, and competitors.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with international buyers.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely dispatch.

Handle export documentation (LC, invoices, packing lists, shipping, etc.) and ensure compliance.

Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and international business meetings.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business strategies for management.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of export sales processes, Incoterms, and trade compliance.

Proven track record in B2B/export sales (steel, fencing, wire mesh, or building materials preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage and nurture long-term global client relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

Flexibility to call or connect with international clients during varied hours.
