Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy and Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of the loan marketplace platform.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the platform's efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of technology infrastructure.

2. Product Development & Innovation:

• Lead the development of frontend and backend applications for the loan marketplace.
• Drive innovation in digital lending solutions, enhancing customer journeys and automation.
• Oversee API integrations with lenders, financial institutions, credit bureaus, and third-party service providers.
• Ensure compliance with fintech regulations and industry standards.

3. Team Management & Collaboration:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team comprising developers, engineers, and product managers.
• Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to define product road maps and technical requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the tech team.

4. System Architecture & Infrastructure:

• Design and implement scalable, high-availability, and secure architecture for fintech products.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure management, data security, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure optimal performance of backend systems, databases, and microservices.

5. Data Security & Compliance:

• Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks and data protection policies are in place.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations (RBI guidelines, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect customer and transactional data.

6. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track system performance and uptime.
• Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Optimize software development processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.

Candidate Attributes:

1. Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or lending domains.
• Strong expertise in developing and managing digital lending platforms, loan marketplaces, or financial services technology.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP),microservices architecture, API integrations, and security protocols.
• Proven track record of leading tech teams, executing product roadmaps, and delivering scalable fintech solutions.

3. Technical Skillset:

• Programming languages: Python, Java, , React, Angular, etc.
• Database management: SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker
• Security and compliance frameworks: PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, RBI guidelines
• DevOps and CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Terraform

4. Leadership & Soft Skills:
